How do I plan a trip to Sorrento?
Choose your destination, travel dates and each traveler’s age, then set your pace, interests and optional activity budget. The planner checks available experiences and builds your private guide one day at a time. You can review and change the suggestions before booking.
Does the planner check availability for my whole group?
Yes. Recommendations use the selected date and your party’s ages to check supplier traveler rules and availability. A price is a quote for that selection, not a reservation. Recheck it before continuing to Viator, where you must confirm the same date, party, option and time.
Can I save my itinerary and use it on another device?
Yes. Create a free Tour Hub account and verify your email to save your trips. Sign in with that account on any Tour Hub site or another device to open your private guides, edit your plans and update the booking checklist.
Does marking an activity as booked make a reservation?
No. The checklist records your own booking status. Complete each booking with Viator and use its confirmation as your booking record. Tour Hub does not take payment or automatically confirm purchases.
What does the activity budget include?
The optional budget covers quoted activities in your itinerary. Meals, accommodation, transfers, car rental and any costs not included by the supplier need a separate allowance. The planner leaves gaps when it cannot confirm a suitable activity or enough time between activities.
